Application

LDO is recommended for slow speed diesel engines used in agriculture pump sets. LDO is also used as a fuel in furnaces, boilers, Air pre-heaters, Fertilizer plants, Bunker, DG sets, where low sulphur fuel is required.

LDO is preferred by most of the manufacturer because of its high calorific value, absence of inorganic acid, very less ash content and low carbon residue. LDO is one of the best heating oil available in India.
